for Heman St. School
a Big Win for ESM District
and Community
The ESM Board of Education approved a purchase agreement for the sale of the Heman St. School at its January 25 meeting in a deal that offers financial benefit to both the District and its taxpayers.
The purchase agreement between ESM and Lakewood Development LLC of East Syracuse includes an option to buy the 48,000 square foot facility pending an application for state and federal funding to renovate it into affordable senior housing. More...
