Social Media, Screen Time & Student Well-Being

Social media and screen time are shaping our children's lives more than ever. How does this affect their mental health, focus and overall well-being? What role do we, as a school community, play in guiding them toward healthy digital habits?
Join us at one of two engaging ESM Community Cafés where we’ll dive into these critical topics, hear from experts and have meaningful discussions on how we can work together to support our children. Attend the most convenient session for you:
  • March 11 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at ESM Central High School
  • March 24 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Pine Grove Middle School
What to Expect:
  • Insights from district leaders and experts on mental health, digital citizenship and school engagement
  • Small group discussions on the challenges and solutions for managing screen time and social media use
  • A collaborative space to share concerns and strategies for fostering a healthy, focused learning environment
This conversation is too important to miss. Your voice matters, and together, we can create a positive impact on the well-being and success of our children.
We look forward to seeing you there. To RSVP, please complete the online form (link) and let us know which session you plan to attend. All pre-k to 12 families are invited to attend as well as educators and community members.
